The year was 1853 the height of the gold rush and one family was striking it rich the, Mc Gold’s. They at the time were sitting on the biggest deposit of gold ever , the Mc Gold’s were a big family of eight, three children, a mother a father and two grandparents. The grandparents had been living in Australia for 20 long years . One day while underground mining they came across the most peculiar of animals came flying in the animal absolutely reeked, they heard it hit the bottom of the pit but when they got down to the bottom it wasn’t there “but where did it go”? she shouted.

In literacy we have been learning how to create special sentences that have an adverbial of place at the start.

Then we had to make a book based in the format of “silver buttons.

 

In the first week of school I did, in maths connecting algorithms and area models two different types of representing math sentences that have more similarities than you would think . In literacy we have been learning about critical thinking and how to apply it in every day life. In technology we have been learning coding using a program called Scratch. And lastly in art we have made abstract still life’s by Andria Beighton.

And that is what I have done!!!
